Tire Blowout problems of the 2009 Honda CR-V

The contact owns a owns a 2009 Honda Cr-v equipped with continental contitrac tires, size 225/65/r17. The contact stated that the front passenger tire blew out twice in less then 20,000 miles. The contact also stated that the authorized dealer was the only place that handled the vehicle and the dealer stated that the tires were not under recall. The contact was not sure if the tires blew out because of road conditions or an unidentified failure. The first failure occurred at 5,000 miles and the second failure occured at 15,000 miles. The current mileage was 20,000.
