The part was returned and then the part became unavailable with not release date of when to expect it. Next, there was a January 9, 2024 release date for the part and that was cancelled. Honda then stated the part would be available on February 9, 2024, however, a part came in with the right number, but the wrong part. The contact states that each occurrence increases the labor fees as the entire dash board and the steering must be removed to replace the part. The dealer and manufacturer was notified of the issue. The contact has spoken to manufacturer more than 15 times about a part that was either mislabeled or mis-manufactured.
