Power Steering Fluid problems of the 2011 Honda CR-V

Upon taking this vehicle in for its 90,000 mile maintenance service, the Honda certified mechanics informed us that the power steering rack was leaking fluid and would not pass new york state safety inspection. The exact mileage of the car was at 91653. We had to replace the rack system at a cost to us of over $1,000. 00. This system failure should not have occurred at this stage of the car's life. I would like an investigation initiated to see if a recall is warranted. Some online research has shown me that other 2011 crv owners have experienced this exact same problem.
