The contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, the drivers rear tire blew out. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the inner tube had ruptured causing the tire to fail and the tire would need to be replaced. The tire was replaced. The tire was a replacement tire. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000 and the tire failure mileage was 44,000. Wh.
