During cold winter months in michigan, there is a grinding noise for about 2 seconds when first starting the vehicle. Took it to Honda dealer and they contacted american Honda who told them that this was a "normal problem" with Cr-vs apparently due to the oil pump not functioning properly. American Honda was contacted and was told that they are aware of this problem but have not indicated any solution.
