Seat Belt problem #1

Airbag seat belt light remains on but is intermittent when this happens. Not covered through Honda or extended warranty. Unable to get a code using a bosch live data plus code reader. Seat belts do not retract properly. I do not know if this is part of the Honda recall or recent federal investigation open on the airbag control unit. This airbag/seatbelt light will stay on the entire time I am driving. Bu may not duplicate the next time I start up the engine. Very concerned as Honda MA not be able to duplicate as light intermittent. Please investigate thouroghly:.
