Sun/moon Roof Assembly problems of the 2015 Honda CR-V

The contact owns a 2015 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that while inspecting the vehicle, she became aware that the sunroof glass was cracked. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who informed the contact that it was a common failure with the year, make, and model vehicle. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the sunroof shattered. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer; however, the dealer did not provide any assistance. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
