Other Fuel System Tank Assembly problems of the 2017 Honda CR-V

Gas tank filler has a metal door approx 3 inches down filler tube that isn't sealing, garage smells of strong gas smell. Vehicle is under warranty but deal refuses to fix. Dealer claims customer must have driven off with gas hose still in tank. This is not true, been difficult to get gas into vehicle almost since it was new, vehicle only has 8,000 miles. Complained to dealer, complained to manufacter, nobody cares. Suspect fire danger.

Credit karma showing me I have 3 open recalls which is one of them. But I didn't receive any mail any email or notification from them.
