Tl the contact owns a 2018 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that the headrest tilted inwardly to the point that the contact had to receive medical treatment for her neck. The headrest also affected the contact while driving. Ocean Honda of whittier (13839 whittier blvd, whittier, CA 90605, (562) 280-2838) attempted to get the contact to purchase another vehicle; however, the contact did not qualify for a new loan. The contact was referred to the manufacturer who stated that the contact turned the headrest the wrong way. The manufacturer denied the contact's request to have an engineer inspect the vehicle. The failure mileage was 2,500.
