The contact owns a 2019 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that while operation and while making left or right turns the horn erroneously activate. The contact indicated that the failure was intermittent and had also occurred while the vehicle was parked in the garage and turned off. The contact adjusted the steering wheel to the highest position and the horn no longer operates. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
