Side/rear Glass problems of the 2024 Honda CR-V

Hello, my name is [xxx], and I am writing to bring an urgent matter to your attention. Recently, I had a concerning incident with my vehicle. After parking the car to drop my son off at his lessons, I stepped out of the vehicle and removed him from the back seat. Within about 40 seconds, the rear window of the car suddenly exploded without any apparent cause. There was no prior damage to the window, and nothing struck it or was forced against it. The glass simply shattered right in front of my eyes. Thankfully, neither my son nor I were injured, but I found multiple pieces of glass in the rear passenger area. This could have been extremely dangerous had we been driving at the time. I took the car to the dealership immediately, but they refused to investigate the cause and dismissed my claim entirely, leaving me to handle the repairs on my own. I’m very concerned about this malfunction and would like a thorough investigation, as this could happen to other families and lead to more serious consequences, especially if the vehicle is in motion.
