Windshield Wiper/washer problems of the 2025 Honda CR-V

The contact owns a 2025 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed in cold weather, the windshield wiper was activated, but the windshield wiper fluid failed to disperse and the windshield wiper failed to engage immediately. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and a second dealer, hamilton Honda (655 us-130, hamilton township, NJ 08691); however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact sent a letter to the manufacturer to notify them of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
