Upon acceleration from a traffic stop, the sunroof shattered causing shards of glass to fall into the vehicle. The sunroof was completely closed at the time. This was not a gentle "break and crack", but a violent shatter of glass. One 8 year old passenger seated in the rear middle seat sustained a cut removing glass from his seat.
