The slider was closed when the failure occurred and prevented glass from entering the vehicle. There were no injuries. Frontier glass repaired the vehicle. The contact no longer owned the vehicle as it was traded in for a 2017 Honda ridgeline. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000.
