The paint on the roof has started peeling severely. It's flaking in several spots from the initial defect. There is evidence of prior repair or damage that was not documented or brought by the dealership. This is a known issue with this make and model of the paint bubbling, peeling and braking off. The paint on the roof of the vehicle has started to peel without a reason. The car was parked and I came out to find a good size paint chip to the top of the windshield. Nothing has hit the roof and there is no dent from the paint being hit.
Paint is peeling off top of 2017 Honda hrv. Was told this is not covered under warranty. This is not an expense I should have to pay out of my pocket. I paid car in full at the time of purchase. I have researched this. And it is problem many Honda's are having. They should stand behind their product and do the right thing.
