Exterior Lighting problem #1

I purchased a brand new 2023 Honda Hr-v. Recently, the passenger-side led headlight assembly suddenly stopped working, and I had to pay $1,500 out of pocket to replace it at a Honda dealer. Shockingly, just one month later, the driver-side led headlight also completely failed. Having both major led headlights fail within a single month on a vehicle less than 3 years old indicates a severe factory defect, likely caused by a faulty body control module (bcm) or a voltage spike in the electrical system. This poses a critical safety hazard for nighttime driving. Honda refused to cover it under warranty due to high mileage, but this is clearly not normal wear and tear.

Exterior Lighting problem #2

The headlights seem to high for the vehicle, blinding other drivers, after some research they can be lower, but the dealer does not seem to see that problem.

Exterior Lighting problem #3

Every time I am driving dusk or night, I am being flashed by oncoming drivers as if I have my high beams on. Every time this happens I am using low beams. I am not usually prepared for their brights and it is difficult on my eyes. I have only had the car since November, but it has happened ever time I drive at night. I am sure it is annoying for the oncoming traffic as well, if they think I have my brights on.
