One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 2010 Honda Insight. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2010 Honda Insight. Consumer states the driver side seat belt malfunctioned and broke during an accident the seat belt came off the side panel of the vehicle and then the buckle came out of it's holster. The consumer stated her chest slammed into the steering wheel at high force. The consumer had to go to the hospital via ambulance. Updated 10/18/jb.
