One problem related to manifold/header/muffler/tail pipe has been reported for the 2013 Honda Insight. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Excessive engine oil consumption. Engine stalling when trying to accelerate. Large cloud of blue smoke coming from tail pipe when accelerating up to highway speeds. All this has happened several times.
