The headrests push my head so far forward that my neck and shoulder/back muscles tighten up and cause pain.

Severe neck and upper back pain caused by the headrest angle of a 2010 Honda Insight which I am told is mandated by your standards. I am a 5' 6" female. The head rests forces my head forward to the point where my chin is almost resting on my chest. And I'm forced to look over the top of my eye glasses which I am required to wear to drive. I have tried the headrests in all positions. The dealer suggested putting the seat back down lower but I am under MD orders to drive with my seat upright due to a prior back and shoulder injuries. You standards need to be changed to allow head rests to be adjusted farther back to accommodate people of different heights, weights and physical issues. I think forcing people to drive with distraction of constant pain will cause more accidents and injuries than less than optimum headrest design.
