Two problems related to air brake antilock have been reported for the 1999 Honda Odyssey. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1st dealer roadtest ok, 2nd dealer technician roadtest check ok "you must go" 3th no body hears my reason, sometime , goto stop sign stop car, but it cant 100% stop , it still power output . (dot number: 96t m+s tiresize: p215/65r16).
Abs system bangs a lot when engaging but doesn't really assist in stopping the vehicle. My wife had to make a panic stop to avoid hitting someone that cut in front of her in a parking lot. The abs kicked in and made a loud banging noise but the van never stopped and went in to the other car.
