Consumer received two recall notices(04c002000) for the harness strap. Please fill in model number and manufacturer dates.
While child was in integrated child seat had fallen sleep. Then, at the time to take child out of vehicle seat belt got tighter and tighter. Fire department had to be called to help child out of seat belt. No idea what could have happened with seat belt.
