While driving about 35 mph and coming to a stop sign, vehicle suddenly accelerated. Had to step on brake pedal to reduce speed, and control vehicle. Drove to a parking lot, and turned off engine. But, when trying to restart odometer went up to 4000 rpms. When trying to started again, vehicle was fine. Dealer could not find the cause.
