Center passenger seat back does not lock into place endangering occupant during a roll over or sudden stop / accident situation. Sometimes it locks, sometimes it does not, and also during hard impact force on the seat back the seat back will start to move freely . Dealer refused to entertain defect request to address. Dealer also refused to provide a part information that shows the locking mechanism so that a replacement could be obtained. The apparent defect appears to be a design and/or manufacturing problem.
