Tire Tread/belt problems of the 2003 Honda Odyssey

1 Tire Tread/belt problem

The contact owns a 2003 Honda Odyssey equipped with four toyo 135349 snow tires, size: 225/60r-16 (na). The contact stated that the four snow tires were placed in storage for six months in the summer time. When the contact went to the storage unit to retrieve the tires, she noticed that the tread was separated on one side of the tires. The tires were original equipment. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The VIN and vehicle failure mileage were unknown. The approximate tire failure mileage was approximately 25,000.

2 Tire Tread/belt problem

Was driving along I-10 eastbound in phoenix, az around 4:45 am on my way to work and I heard and thumping noise from the rear of vehicle and then the tire blow out cousing damage to the left rear section of my vehicle. Tire was bridgestone p225/60 r16 97t m+s el4z pl6 dot y7x0 (pl6) (4604) loil. When I bought the tires from wal-mart in az had too have one (1) replaced due to separting from the inside of tire which was on 01-26-2007 and then had to have on replaced after the side wall blow out 06-28-2007 and both time tires were replaced. I would like to know if there was a recall on the bridgestone tires for defects. Thank you.

3 Tire Tread/belt problem

Failure Date: 10/01/2006

The contact owns a 2003 Honda Odyssey. The vehicle has goodyear ultra tour (na), size p225/ tires. While driving 30 mph, the steering wheel vibrated. The tire shop stated that the tires were out of balance; however, they were unable to be balanced. After inspection, they stated that the tires deflated from the inside due to a manufacturer defect. The tire shop replaced the two front tires at 20,000 miles. Approximately one year later, after a tire rotation, the failure recurred. The tire shop stated that the tires separated from the inside and they were replaced. There had been no further occurrences. The failure mileage was 60,000 and current mileage was 90,000.
