general problems of the 2007 Honda Odyssey

Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while driving at 40 mph, he depressed the brake pedal and the second rear passenger seat disengaged as the passenger went forward colliding with the rear of the front seat. The contact stated that the passenger sustained a bloody nose which required no medical attention. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for diagnosis or repairs. The manufacturer was not contacted. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA campaign number: 16v9333000 (seats) and 18v170000 (seats), however his vehicle was not included in the recall. Purchased 6/8/15 from cos central auto, meriden, CT. On 6/18/15 at 9:00 am vehicle was left at central parking sp garage at 800 avenue of the americas (corner of 28th and 6th) NY manhattan, NY.
