The contact owns a 2007 Honda Odyssey. While driving at approximately 40-50 mph, the contact stated that she heard a noise. The vehicle began to shake as if it were in the wrong gear. She noticed the problem each time the vehicle was driving between 40 and 50 mph. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership but the dealer could not duplicate the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000. The current mileage was 54,363.
