The dealer was contacted, and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacture was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.

The vehicle was taken to a local dealer (hardin county Honda, 5608 north dixie highway, elizabethtown, ky 42701) where it was diagnosed that the front driver's side tire needed to be replaced. The front driver's side tire was replaced. The manufacturer was informed and did not assist. The vehicle failure mileage was 114,000. The dot number and tire failure mileage were unknown.
