Car would not stop, while backing out of parking space and almost backed into parked car, transmission put into drive and moved forward hit curb, hopped curb and slammed into embankment. 4/12/23 2. Car would not stop driving down steep driveway and drove onto mlk jr blvd fortunately avoided any other cars.
