The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer rusty wallis Honda of garland texas 214-348-7500 for repairs on the second row seats, while at the dealer, the contact was advised of a software update required for the vehicle. The update was performed, now when the vehicle is in reverse and the sliding door was open the warning chime did not sound or the sound was very low. The contact returned to the dealer to attempt to reprogram the warning chime and was advised by the service agent that the vehicle chime was not adjustable and could not be any louder and was performing according to design. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000. Bp.
