1 Transmission Sensor problem

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while coming to a stop at a stop sign when the engine began to rev up despite the contacts foot being on the brake pedal. The contact had to place the vehicle into park and turned off the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer (gerald jones Honda located at 4022 washington rd martinez GA 30907 phone number 706-228-7000) who was unable to identify the cause of the failure. The contact stated that while coming out of a parking lot when the vehicle was on the break pedal the vehicle's engine began to rev up again the failure occurred a couple more times the contact took the vehicle to a certified mechanic who stated that there may be a failure occurring with the transmission sensors. The certified mechanic reprogrammed the ecu. The failure reoccurred about a total of 12 times. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and opened a case regarding the matter, however, there has been no resolve. The approximate failure mileage was 200. Gl.
