The contact owns a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while his wife was attempting to exit the vehicle, the passenger-side sliding door failed to open after several attempts. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 18v795000 (latches/locks/linkages); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.
