The contact owns a 2023 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated while his wife was driving 20 mph, attempting to make left turn, she noticed the passenger side rear view mirror was shattered. The contact mention some of the glass did get into the vehicle. No injuries were sustained. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and they informed the contact there was no recall for the passenger side rear view mirror. The vehicle was not repaired for the mirror, however the vehicle is currently being serviced for oil change and tire rotation, and brake fluid flush. The contact was relating the failure to an article that he read online regarding this failure for the years 2020-2022. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and opened a case number. The failure mileage was 33,000.
The contact owns a 2023 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the windows were stuck and became inoperable. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the windows only went halfway up before falling. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was determined that the window tracks were deteriorating on the driver’s and passenger’s sides. The contact stated that a new window motor was installed but felt that the issue might reoccur. The failure mileage was not provided.
