The contact stated that her husband had the rear drivers side door open while leaning halfway in to the vehicle when the door suddenly began to close unintentionally, the contacts husband began to frantically push on the door until it was dislodged from the channel. No warning lights were illuminated. The local dealer was contacted however the vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
