Driving in the city when the 3 vehicle collision happened going 25-30mph. The first car stopped suddenly to let pedestrians cross the street. Then the second car followed and I did not catch the stop in time. Front air bags did not deploy when my car rear ended the other vehicles. And driver seatbelt did not lock. Injuries of whiplash, concussion and a broken nose resulted from this.

2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Takata recall I was driving an hit a deer on driver side, my driver side airbag did not deploy but the passager side did I mentioned this to the insurance agent that came out to determand the damage he said the light for the airbag said it was fine I told him well it did not deploy ?????? hummm there was not a police report made. I was driving about 50 to 55 mph.

3 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 10/04/2013

The contact owns a 2012 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that while he was at stop the vehicle was crashed into from the rear by another vehicle traveling 60 mph. The impact pushed the contact¿s vehicle forward, causing the contact to crash into a brick wall and then a tree. The front and side air bags all failed to deploy. The contact suffered injuries to the head, neck, back, left side of the body and the left leg. The front seat passenger suffered injuries to the head, face and legs. A rear passenger suffered injuries to the back, left leg and fractured ribs and a second rear passenger suffered two fractured ribs. The vehicle was destroyed. A police report was filed. The failure and current mileage was 19,000.

4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 10/01/2013

The contact owns a 2012 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that another vehicle traveling 60-70 mph crashed into the rear of the contact¿s vehicle. The contact¿s vehicle was pushed into an intersection, which then crashed into a tree. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver suffered injuries to the back and neck. The front passenger suffered injuries to the back, neck, face and ribs. There were two rear seat passengers who also suffered injuries to the ribs. The vehicle was destroyed. A police report was not filed of the incident. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously serviced under an air bag recall (campaign number 13v016000 -air bags) but the vehicle was not inspected after the crash to determine the cause of the air bag failure.
