The contact owns a 2017 Honda Pilot. While attempting to fill up the fuel tank, the contact noticed that ice was lodged in between the first and second fuel nozzles. The contact had to chip away the ice to fill up the tank. The dealer (boch Honda, 279 providence hwy, norwood, MA 02062) was aware of the failure and stated that Honda was working on something in the next few weeks regarding the failure.
