The contact owns a 2020 Honda Pilot. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 23v858000 (fuel system, gasoline). The contact stated that while driving at approximately 35 mph, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was able to restart when the vehcile was jumped. On another occasion while in reverse (r), the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was able to restart when jumped. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
