Two problems related to front suspension control arm have been reported for the 1997 Honda Prelude. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
As the result of broken ball joint, the vehicle spun out of control causing damages to wheels,frame,alignment and the body. Yh.
While driving 70mph vehicle started swaying from side to side, and then spun around. This was due to a faulty ball joint. Dealer has seen vehicle 9 times,and no solution to the problem.
