Side/rear Glass problems of the 2008 Honda Ridgeline

Went to get into truck, it was parked in the garage over night. Opended the back door and found glass sitting on the back seat mostly, very small parts in the bed. The rear sliding back glass exploded into the cabin and was in the closed position when it happened. Don't know what time it happen found it the next morning after the truck was sitting overnight. Took it to the dealer they said they never seen it before and would have to call Honda tech support before a decision can be made.

While sitting at a traffic light with my rear slide window partially open on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline the window suddenly imploded into the rear area of the truck. Glass sprayed all over the back seat down between the gaps in the back wall and a amall amount into the bed. In order to ensure this was not caused by something outside the truck I called the local police who checked the truck looking for rocks, bullets, bbs, etc. They determined there was no external cause.
