The headlights are border line suicidal - they do not light up anything reflective on the road and no signs are reflected either. The headlights are super weak and I can't drive this truck at night.
Low beam headlights are inadequate. Can't see farther than three [3] car lengths ahead.
Terribly poor headlight low beams on rtl model. Scary to drive at night! very different than dealer demo Ridgeline that we test drove.
On the inside of the headlight lens assembly, there is dust/dirt/debris probably occurring during manufacture/storing/shipping/and or assembly that I can not get Honda to take seriously. The last I was told was by my case manager kathryn ext. #117742 that the owner of ferndale Honda ( charlie ) pulled a brand new one into the shop and it too had the same debris. Kathryn said "well it must be standard then". Anything that takes away from a vehicles lighting ability can not be a good thing and I can not seem to get them to care of it on my own. What I would like are these lenses cleaned on the inside or new ones installed but according to them, they will come exactly like the ones I have on. My Honda case # is 05025973, again my case manager is kathryn ext# 117742 at 1 800 999-1009 the factory rep. ( willie ) has stood me up twice at the dealership and the last time told me to tell the dealer to replace what I would like but the dealers owner ( charlie ) 21350 woodward Ave. (ferndale Honda) ferndale, michigan 1 248 548-6300 was afraid that if willie did not order it, that Honda would not pay. I even called kathryn again and told her this and she said she would have the factory rep. ( wille ) call me and set up a new appointment. It has been over two months since I have been back to the dealer and am still waiting for willie to call. The owner ( charlie agrees with me that the debris is on the inside of the lens and it is not right but his hands are tied. Maybe if you people there think debris on the inside of a new vehicles lens is a bad thing, maybe they might listen to you. I just want the lights as bright as possible from the factory and this can not be as bright as they could get, free of debris I would think would be as bright as they could get but that is just mine and charlie's opinion so far. This has been ongoing since 08/17/2016 I believe. Thank you for your time.
