My passenger rear door glass on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline exploded. I was parked at work where my truck was visible at all times. There was no evidence of rocks or gun shots. When I closed the drivers side door, the window shattered. The outside temperature had reached 95f, but there were several days where the temperature was hotter.
Firewall: on 12/2010, while driving down the interstate there was a high pitched squel from the firewall area. Windshield molding: on 07/2011, while driving down the road the molding came loose & was flapping in the wind, I pushed it back in until a dealer could look at it & they re-glued it. However, it came loose again just the other day. Roof stop light assembly: on 09/12/2011, my wife was driving down a state hwy. (@65mph) & the entire rear roof molding came off that holds the stop light assembly & this may be unsafe since it holds a light assembly.
The odometer seems to turn much faster than the distance I've traveled, my vehicle is less than 2 years old and the odometer is already up to 31,500 miles. I only have to drive it from home to work (about 10-15 miles a day). I've called the american Honda and I've been told that there are several complaints about this matter. Therefore, I would like you to look into this matter more seriously. Thank you.
The contact owns a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that there was a water leak inside the vehicle, which caused the carpet padding to mold.
