Consumer was approaching an intersection and applied the brakes but the vehicle continued to move forward, as a result the vehicle collided with another vehicle, during this accident the air bags failed to deploy, the seat belt also failed to properly restrain the driver and as a result the drive was thrown into the windshield shattering it, the driver sustained injuries to the head.
The seat belt failed during an accident and the consumer propelled forward into the windshield, the driver sustained some injuries.
