Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2001 Hyundai Accent

My client was seriously injured when the car her husband was driving struck a telephone pole head-on and the airbags failed to deploy. The airbag system had not given any warning that it was not working at any time before the crash.

After striking a deer on the road at 55 mph tair bags did not deploy. Manufacturer was not contacted . Vehicle was totaled.

While driving at 55 mph consumer slammed on the brakes and rear-ended the car stopped in the middle of the expressway. Both driver and passenger front airbags did not deploy. Vehicle's front-end sustained damage. Already being serviced at a Hyundai dealership and aware of the problem. Will receive a diagnostic of the airbag system after vehicle has been repaired.

While driving the consumer's vehicle was hit by another vehicle on the rear driver's side. Upon impact the front air bags failed to deploy. Driver sustained minor injuries. The vehicle spun around about three times when it was impacted. The consumer sustained injuries to her ribs, back and neck.

While driving at 25 mph consumer's vehicle rear ended another vehicle, and the air bags did not deploy.

While driving about 35 mph the consumer slammed on the brakes and slid at 20 mph when the vehicle collided with another vehicle. The driver and passenger frontal air bags did not deploy.

Consumer states was driving approx 35-40mph and involved in a right frontal collison. Both driver and passenger air bags did not deploy. Nlm.

While traveling about 40mph on highway another vehicle made a sudden stop in front of consumers vehicle, and a rear end collision occurred, upon impact, drivers side air bag did not deploy. Dealership was aware of problem. Also the engine caught on fire.

During a crash air bags did not deploy. Consumers daughter was driving and she slammed on her brakes, she rearended the vehicle in front, passengers head broke the windshield.

While driving 35 mph an accident occurred, consumer hit a tree, and the air bag did not deploy. Consumer states the vehicle went into a skid and off the road, consumer was injuried.

Vehicle was going 55mph and front end hydroplaned into median, causing air bags not to deploy. Consumer sustained serious injuries. Vehicle was totaled. Dealer and manufacturer were notified.

Vehicle was involved in a frontal and rear end collisions of 40 mph impact, both air bags failed to deploy. Dealer / manufacturer were not notified at this time.

During an accident seat belt disengaged and air bags did not deploy. Please provide any further information, and vehicle identification number.
