Was driving down the road and heard something scrapping and vehicle quit moving had to be pushed out of a dangerous curve into a parking lot all transmission fluid leak out as the tow truck lifted it onto it's bed. Had to pay for the tow truck, and had only had the car for 6 days. It is still under warranty but the company I bought it from has left me without a vehicle since the 6th day of may, and reuse to fix it without me paying for it, and they also kept my $800 down payment.
Engine lifters tap loudly for anywhere for 2 mins or 20 miles depending on how long the car set. The lifters had been replaced once. Taken to dealer to have it checked out they says its fine but a friend of mine that also works there says they are boarder line and will need to be taken care of soon. Dealer will not replace.
The vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and caught fire. The fire trapped the driver inside, burning him to death. Please provide any additional information.
When first starting the vehicle in the morning it vehicle idles high a couple of times and shakes, then the vehicle is fine. Dealer cannot determine the cause of the problem.
