Engine Oil Leaking problems of the 2007 Hyundai Accent

Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Accent. The contact stated that while driving at any speed, she felt dizzy, nauseous and tired without warning. The contact stated that this happened only when the vehicle was in motion, did not happen when she simply sat in the vehicle (without moving). The contact stated that there was a powdery residue on the rim when the spare tire cover was lifted. The contact also stated that when the trunk was open, the rubber seal around the trunk seemed to be breaking down. The vehicle was taken to the central valley Volkswagen Hyundai dealer (209-323-2700) located at 4620 mchenry Ave, modesto, CA 95356) where a diagnostic test was performed. The exhaust system was examined and nothing was found. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who replaced the compressor and the valve stem, to avoid a leak. The mechanic topped the oil and freon. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the general manager of the same dealer at a different location. The manager gave the contact the options of either a refund of the diagnostic test or to re-diagnose the vehicle. The contact chose to get a refund. The failure was not diagnosed or resolved.
