The contact stated that the outside wall of the each tire exhibited cracks which were causing the tires to lose air pressure rapidly. The contact took the vehicle to a tire shop where he was advised that the tires were defective but could not warranty the tire because they were not an authorized dealer. The contact took the vehicle to an authorized dealer where the dealer advised that the cracks were due to road hazards and not a manufacturing defect. The contact replaced each tire.
