The contact stated that he haad taken the vehicle to two separate independent mechanic who informed him that his rear suspension had become completely corroded. Upon investigation, the contact discovered NHTSA campaign number:13v354000 (suspension) which he linked to his failure. The contact initially called the manufacturer who referred to a Hyundai dealer to have the vehicle inspected. The contact then took the vehicle to lynnes Nissan city (318 bloomfield Ave, bloomfield, NJ 07003) where he was informed that the recall had already been performed back in 2013. The contact was informed that he would have to pay a diagnostic fee to have the vehicle inspected. After discovering that the recall had already been performed on the vehicle prior to him owning it, the contact stated that the recall remedy was ineffective. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 87,000. Jo.

2 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 07/16/2018

Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Azera. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken in to the dealer wright Hyundai 10677 perry highway, wexford PA 15090 for repairs under recall number: 13v654000 ( suspension ), the mechanic advised the contact that the springs were severely coroded and should be replaced and did not recommend to put them back on. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired for the springs. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000. Bp.

3 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 12/18/2014

Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Azera. The contact stated while driving approximately 40 mph, the vehicle swerved towards the passengers side and crashed into a traffic sign. There was no police report filed, the contact was injured but medical attention was not required. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where the passengers side front tire was replaced as well as other repairs. The contact was not aware of all the details involving the repair and the cause of the failure was not disclosed to the contact. The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Azera. The contact stated that the recall notice for NHTSA campaign number: 13v354000 (suspension) was received in August of 2013. After contacting the dealer and the manufacturer on multiple occasions, the contact was informed that the equipment needed to perform the remedy was not available to the local dealers. The contact had not experienced a failure.

I have felt a vibration at various speeds in the upper, lower arm and ball bearing. . . But it's exactly same. They finally said, it might be a tire problem. . . . Well, I bought all new tires because of this nois. . . They are stating the cause is because of the tire pattern, when I know that is not cause of the current problem. . . .
