The contact stated that four tires failed on two different occasions, the first failure occurred when the contact crashed into a curb while driving 20 mph. The second failure occurred as the contact traveled over a pot hole while driving 20 mph. Both the front and rear driver side tires blew. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
