Tank Mounting problems of the 2000 Hyundai Elantra

2000 Hyundai Elantra has a problem were you can not pump gas without gas pump stopping like it was filled although you have only pump less than a gallon. There are a lot of people that own Hyundai's with this problem, just google Hyundai pumping gas problems. Sometimes gas spills from tank without the tank being fully filled because the gas rises, this is a safety hazard and Hyundai must correct this. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes to fill your tank. I think this is a concern for a recall. The other problem is that you take the car to the dealership spend a good amount of money and the problem is not fixed. Im asking you to make Hyundai liable for this. It is not only annoying but a safety issue. See why so many people are having this problem and you will be the judge. Thank you for your time.
