The contact owns a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. The contact had to depress the brake pedal down to the floor in order to stop the vehicle. The failure occurred while driving 35 mph. While at the dealer for an oil change, they tested her power brakes while the engine was running. The brake failure occurred after the test was completed. The front brakes were replaced.
