My steering wheel is scrubbing and has free play in it. It started with free play in it now it is scrubbing somewhere. And my odometer reading, horn does not work.

The failure recurred intermittently when driving at any given speed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where they were unable to duplicate the malfunction.
